If you are looking to experience our Syrian cuisine home delivery, below is our planning for upcoming menus and delivery areas.
Deliveries are within a 2 hour time slot on Fridays or Saturdays depending on your location. We usually email on Thursdays with your 2 hour delivery window.
Please note that the delivery days for the areas listed is tentative and may change depending on the orders that come in. Just drop us a line with your order if you have a specific request.
Also get in touch if your postcode is not listed but is close-by to one mentioned. We always do our best to acomodate.

- Shawandar
Vibrant beetroot dip with tahini, garlic and fresh lemon juice.
- Jibneh dip
Our take on a traditional shanklish cheese dip made with a delicious blend of whipped cheese and spices, tomatoes, onions and olive oil.
Salads
- Fattoush
A fresh crunchy salad with lettuce, radishes, tomatoes and cucumbers topped with toasted pita bread and with a lemon, pomegranate molasses and sumac dressing (vegan).
- Fassouliyeh salad
A tasty salad of white beans flavoured with lemon, garlic, parsley, spring onions and spices.
Soups
- Freekeh soup
A soup with a uniquely smoky flavour. Delicious yet comforting and full of goodness.
Small dishes
- Ful mdammas
Sow-cooked brown fava beans deliciously flavoured with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, tomatoes, parsley and spices.
- Sujouk rolls
Baked rolls of Arabic flat bread filled with sujouk, a delicious spicy blend of meat with Armenian influences.
- Walnut kibbeh
One of our family specials - walnuts and bulgur ground with tomatoes, red peppers, onion and spices. Perfect dipped in the red pepper sauce it comes with.
Mains
- Aubergine moussaka
Layers of aubergines, peppers, onions and chickpeas in a rich tomato sauce. Comes with rice.
- Mehshi malfouf
Cabbages take on another form in this tasty dish as they are rolled and filled with minced beef and rice and deliciously cooked in a mix of spices and pomegranate molasses.
Desserts
- Orange polenta cake
A fresh cake with toasted almonds and polenta drizzled with an orange and orange blossom syrup. It also happens to be gluten free!
- Louqom
A favourite Ramadan dessert, fried balls of dough dipped in a thick orange blossom syrup and topped with crushed pistachios.

- Mutabbal fassouliyeh
Creamy white bean dip with tahini, garlic, lemon juice and cumin and spices.
- Jazar dip
A bright and tasty dip packed full of flavour and texture with carrots, tahini, lemon and toasted pistachios.
Salads
- Zeitoun salad
A rich olive salad with tomatoes, peppers and walnuts in a cumin and pomegranate dressing.
- Chickpea salad
Hummus in Arabic means chickpeas and this is a delightful salad of chickpeas and a mix of vegetables and salad greens with a tangy cumin and paprika dressing.
Soups
- Arnabeet soup
A creamy cauliflower soup full of flavour from the mix of spices it’s made with including cumin, curry ginger and turmeric.
Small dishes
- Potato ejjeh
The Syrian egg frittata flavoured with potatoes, onions and a delicious mix of spices. Comes with a cumin yogurt sauce.
- Sambousek
Delicious little pastries filled with a mix of cheeses and parsley.
- Kibbeh mabroumeh
One of Aleppo’s famous kibbeh dishes. Beef and bulgur rolls filled with minced beef and pistachios. Comes with yogurt.
Mains
- Bamia
A delicious stew of slow cooked okra in a rich tomato sauce with garlic and coriander. Comes with vermicelli rice.
- Maldoum
Beautiful rows of spiced kebab with aubergines, potatoes, courgettes, tomatoes, onions and peppers, all cooked in a rich tomato sauce. Comes with rice.
Desserts
- Tahini brownies
A Syrian take on the classic brownie - rich chocolate brownies marbled with tahini and crumbled halva.
- Bein narain
Means "between two fires". Two flame coloured layers of kataifi pastry filled with a thick Arabic clotted cream sprinkled with pistachio and drizzled with syrup.

- Labneh and za’atar roasted tomatoes
Rich, creamy and tangy labneh, a traditional strained thick yogurt dip, topped with delicious zaatar-roasted tomatoes and drizzled with olive oil.
- Koussa mutabbal
A light yet filling dip made with roasted and crushed courgettes delicately balanced with yogurt, garlic, tahini and lemon.
Salads
- Shoki salad
A refreshing and light salad of artichoke hearts and beetroots marinated in lemon juice and garlic with parsley, herbs and salad greens.
- Fresh za'atar salad
Popular in Aleppo, this salad is the perfect balance between the strong flavours of the fresh thyme and the mildness of the cheese and tomatoes, all drizzled with a lemon and olive oil vinaigrette.
Soups
- Wheat chickpea and spinach shorba
Healthy and satisfying vegetarian soup that works very well on a cold day. Made with wheat berries spinach and chickpeas and a mix of tantalising spices.
Small dishes
- Tanbura
An adaptation of an Aleppian classic with spinach, kale, black-eyed peas, crispy onions, coriander and pomegranate seeds.
- Khibz flefle
Handmade flatbreads topped with a special slightly spicy red pepper mix using a family recipe that has been passed down for generations.
- Aqras samak
Although fish is not commonly eaten in Aleppo, these Aleppian fish cakes are a delectable mix of cod and traditional spices.
Mains
- Safarjaliyeh
An Aleppian special with the sweetness of quinces contrasting wonderfully with a savoury free range beef stew in a tangy tomato sauce. Comes with vermicelli rice.
- Kibbet batata
A tasty kibbeh made with layers of potato and bulgur filled with a tangy spinach, onion and walnut mix.
Desserts
- Maamoul med
Delicious squares made of a buttery crust with a mix of fillings of date, walnuts and cream.
- Baklawa bi ishta
A flaky pastry filled with fragrant clotted style cream and drizzled with orange blossom syrup.
